Virginia Hubbard

     Virginia Mary Marshall Hubbard, 97, of Asheville, NC, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at the Elizabeth House in Flat Rock.

     She was born in West Point, Mississippi on April 11, 1923, to the late Clifford Kilgore Marshall and Inez Dexter Marshall. She was married to the late William J. Hubbard, Sr. She retired from AT&T and was of Methodist faith. She enjoyed traveling, dancing, and crossword puzzles. She will be greatly missed.

     In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Thelma Inez King.

     Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Barbara Williams and husband Bob of Franklin, NC; a son, William Jackson Hubbard, Jr. and wife Beryl of Lake Panasofkee, FL; and a sister, Rebecca Riley of West Point, MS.
