Wanda Allen Hutchins

Wanda Allen Hutchins age 81 of Swannanoa NC went home to be with the Lord surrounded by family Monday January 27, 2025

Wanda was a lifelong resident of Swannanoa, she loved the Lord, gardening and her family very much.

Wanda was born November 5th, 1943 to the late Garland Allen and Evelyn Good Allen. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by Two sisters and Two brothers Robin Allen, Rebecca Allen, Ernest Allen, Paul Allen, and her favorite daughter-in-law Elaine Hutchins.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband of 65 years Robert Hutchins, kids Vicki Kuykendall (Gary), Keith Hutchins, sisters Barbra Stroupe, Deborah Hamby, Janis Aydelette, Sharon Jackson. Grandchildren Khristie Belt, Jessica Mosley (Stephen), Jennifer Baars, Mike Hutchins (Kaytie), Gary Kuykendall Jr, Amanda Hutchins, Tracy Evans (Ryan). Along with her pride and joy 12 great grandkids

A celebration of life memorial will be held at Penland Family Funeral Home 125 South Ave, Swannanoa, NC 28778 on February 6, 2025 from 2pm to 4pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Swannanoa Valley Christian Ministries, PO Box 235, Black Mountain, NC 28711.
