William Cecil Obituary

William C. Cecil will be laid to rest at two o’clock the afternoon of October 2, 2020, at Blue Ridge Gardens in Brevard, North Carolina.

A celebration of his life and a cook out will be held October 3, 2020, at two o’clock, at Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Rosman, North Carolina.
